This position involves managing concierge requests, developing recommendations, and maintaining guest relationships. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled in client services, and possesses strong communication abilities. Proficiency in English and an intermediate level of French are required, along with at least one year of experience in operations or customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality sectors.

Responsabilités

• Respond to concierge requests for guests' stays, tailoring each itinerary.
• Develop strong destination knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
• Ensure proactive follow-up with guests throughout their experience.
