The Role
We are looking to hire someone full time for a 4 month CDD, based in our Cannes office, with a start date as early as possible in May. We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented person to join our Concierge Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about luxury travel and eager to gain experience in guest relations, client services, and operations within the hospitality industry. This is primarily an office based role, with no in person contact with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all concierge requests ahead of guests’ stays, including restaurant reservations, yacht charters, private chefs, and more, while tailoring each itinerary.
- Develop strong destination knowledge and become a trusted source of recommendations for guests.
- Ensure proactive follow up with guests from the introduction stage through to arrival.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests, offering personalized solutions.
- Understand the expectations of high end clients and ensure all requests are handled in a timely manner and in line with our brand standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying each guest’s preferences and proposing a curated selection of recommendations, services, and experiences.
- Present and explain our services and experiences in a way that is tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Compile and report guest feedback internally and to partners.
- Represent A.M.A Selections with partners and owners on all guest related matters, from introduction through to departure, and serve as a key point of contact for any issues or questions.
- Maintain post trip guest relationships through follow up on satisfaction surveys and proactive communication to help nurture future bookings.
- Be available for rotating schedules, which may include weekends and holidays, as our guests need us.
- Be available outside office hours via email or phone in case of guest emergencies, as is expected in a seasonal role within this industry.
- Identify new service providers and convert them into active partners to be featured on our platform.
Who we are looking for:

- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, handling pressure, and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems and tools.
- Professional, dynamic, service oriented, and a strong team player.
- Confident communicating with clients and partners by phone, email, and in person.
- Native or fluent English, both written and spoken, with an intermediate level of French required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in operations or customer service, ideally in travel or hospitality.
- A strong affinity for luxury and travel.

Compensation
Contract
4 month CDD, with the possibility of extension or conversion to CDI based on performance.
