Tiffany & Co. Nice store seeks a Store Manager to lead, develop and support the sales, operations and security team to meet and exceed sales plans while elevating the Tiffany store experience.

The Manager is a dynamic, attentive mentor and coach who builds relationships with clients on the floor and behind the scenes. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in retail or luxury store management or relevant customer experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships while maintaining brand presence.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and loyalty.
• Motivate and manage the team to meet store targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Drive client development activities to grow existing and new clients.
• Lead on the sales floor and personally manage client relationships.
• Drive business through key product pillars.
• Elevate in-store experience and coach based on VoC feedback.
• Act as Guest Experience management presence and ensure exceptional service.
• Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
• Ensure efficient back-of-house operations and adherence to procedures.
• Hire, develop and coach talent; build a diverse, multilingual team.
