Swarovski is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving commercial success across our boutique network. You’ll inspire, coach and develop staff while ensuring flawless store standards and policy compliance.

With at least 3 years in multicultural luxury retail, you’ll build strong customer relationships, promote loyalty programs, and manage operations, inventory, and loss prevention, all while embodying Swarovski’s brand values

Qualificações

• 3+ years in multicultural luxury retail environment, in fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Digital proficiency and strong operational know-how
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
• English language skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service
• Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs
• Recruit, onboard, and coach talent, securing succession plans
• Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance
• Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance
• Ensure implementation of Swarovski policies, procedures, and standards
