Prada Group in Paris seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead luxury boutiques across France & Belgium, driving sales, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional client service aligned with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in luxury retail management, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a track record of turning insights into action in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for sales, performance and operational efficiency of the related perimeter boutiques.
• Generate and analyze sales, profit and loss statements, KPIs and other operational reports to understand each boutique’s needs and make recommendations to senior management on how to reach goals and grow the business.
• Prepare regularly business reviews and market information to top management.
• Creates strategic decisions based on the needs of the business, based on both short and long term objectives, in alignment with company initiatives, and executes an action plan to increase sales and profit.
• Conduct regular store/market visits to ensure standards are maintained, expectations are being achieved and actions plans are developed in order to move the business forward.
