Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer use (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Luxury retail background, social media familiarity, live video/demo experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and team goals.
• Process transactions and support inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy sales floor and assist teammates as needed.
