Job summary

Valextra in Paris seeks a results-driven sales associate to represent the luxury brand with discretion and style. You will deliver world class service to a discerning client base and drive conversions by fostering relationships and informing clients about new collection deliveries and boutique events.

With a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, you will collaborate with the team to achieve KPI targets, maintain pristine visual standards, and ensure brand guidelines are upheld

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional world class service to luxury clients.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through client outreach and inform clients of new collections and events.
• Develop a loyal client following and maintain client profile records.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• 3+ years of work experience with exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class service to luxury client base.
• Meet and exceed sales goals through client outreach; developing new clients and informing all clients of new collection deliveries and boutique events.
• Meet and exceed Pre-Sale Goals and Consignment Business Goals.
• Meet and exceed Client Data Capture Goals; updating and maintaining client profile records as communicated by management, to manage the future use of data.
• Assist the boutique to meet and exceed KPI goals including UPT, ADT, Conversion, Email Capture, and Address Capture.
• Contribute to team by achieving store management and corporate partner goals.
• Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
• Perform operational functions to ensure store meets brand guidelines.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain an environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity.
