AMI Paris seeks an experienced Retail Training Project Manager to elevate client experience and retail performance through engaging training programs. You will coach sales advisors, develop content, and lead in-store coaching across Paris and international markets.

The role requires hands‑on pedagogy, collaboration across functions, and flexibility to travel within France and Europe. Strong English and French skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training, ideally within luxury retail or hospitality.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills across in‑person, virtual and in‑store formats.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel mainly in France and Europe.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop blended learning programs covering all key dimensions of the client experience.
• Create engaging learning experiences in person, virtually and via e‑learning, videos and activities.
• Monitor KPIs (NPS) and adapt training initiatives based on results and needs.
• Lead onboarding and on‑the‑job coaching for store teams in Paris and international markets.
• Coordinate training logistics, materials, venues and communications.
