Manolo Blahnik in Paris is seeking a dynamic retail professional to join our Concession team. You will deliver exceptional client service, build lasting relationships with clients, and maintain stock and store standards in line with our luxury brand guidelines.

Fluent in French and English, you will work a 35-hour week with weekend and bank holiday duties, benefiting from exclusive product experiences and a strong support network focused on excellence.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English is required, with any other languages being beneficial.
• Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service, preferably within a retail environment.
• Team Player: ability to work effectively in a group to develop productive working relationships.
• Network: Ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels and build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally.
• Solution focused: Thinking of answers and solutions to problems.
• Ambassador: Representing Manolo Blahnik products and values with passion.
• Excellence: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks.

Responsabilités

• Sales generation and target focus: Achieve and exceed personal objectives/KPI’s as set by Concession Management.
• Client experience and relationship building: Develop strong, long-lasting client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Operational excellence: Maintain stock on the sales floor and assist in stock takes and end-of-day procedures.
