360 Talent is seeking a Client Advisor for Paris central to create exceptional luxury client experiences in beauty and fragrance. You will guide clients through curated product worlds, using storytelling and product expertise to build lasting relationships.

You will target premium KPIs and leverage CRM tools to drive loyalty, with an emphasis on cross-selling and tailored recommendations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium beauty.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages valued.

As a true brand ambassador, you will bring the brand's heritage and values to life, creating personalised experiences while guiding clients through the world of luxury beauty and fragrance. Your expertise, storytelling skills and commercial mindset will contribute to both client loyalty and the boutique's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, ensuring every visit reflects the highest standards of luxury service.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
• Build long-lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling and effective use of CRM tools.
• Share the brand's heritage, craftsmanship and product expertise with confidence, offering tailored beauty and fragrance recommendations.
• Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling and a consultative approach to client needs.

Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail, premium beauty, fragrance or cosmetics.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and commercial KPIs.
• Strong communication, storytelling and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
• Experience with CRM and clienteling, building long-term relationships with a discerning clientele.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are highly valued.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
