PRADA is seeking a Retail Merchandising professional to join our France/Belgium/Monaco operations. You will be involved in the buying process, analyze sales trends, and guarantee active presence in stores across markets, reporting to the General Merchandising Manager.

You will collaborate with Retail Merchandising and HQ teams to place orders, monitor performance, and ensure brand DNA is translated into store experiences. Fluency in French and English is preferred; Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with market insights.
• Experience in luxury fashion retail preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of luxury retail fundamentals and brand DNA.
• 3-5 years in merchandising or buying roles.
• Familiarity with international markets and stores.
• Multilingual capabilities a plus (FR/EN).
• Passion for fashion and luxury contexts.

Responsabilités

• Support market buying process for France/Belgium/Monaco region.
• Collaborate with HQ and Retail Merchandising teams on orders.
• Monitor daily sales and trends by store and SKU.
• Coordinate product transfers between stores/markets based on stock trends.
• Provide store replenishment and allocation data to Retail Customer Service.
• Relay market events and local context to HQ Merchandising Teams.
• Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent product displays.
• Prepare materials for product training and launches.
