Moncler is seeking a detail‑oriented Retail Coordinator to support the France, Belgium, Geneva and Middle‑East store network. You will work closely with the Retail Director to coordinate operations, schedule management, travel, and events across multiple markets.

Ideal candidates will have ~2 years in retail or luxury fashion, strong French and English communication, and a proactive, organized approach to multitasking and project coordination.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years of experience with a background in retail, D2C, and/or luxury fashion environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct reporting to the Retail Director France, Belgium, Geneva and Middle-East.
• Pivotal role within the area, assisting the Retail Director in the coordination of the stores network.
• Collaboration and support of the Retail Director in day-to-day business (i.e. schedule management, business trip bookings).
• Planning and conducting SM meetings and assisting with client events.
• Operational support for special projects at the POS.
• Assist with new store development and prepare presentations.
• Collaborate on boutique openings/refurbishments.
• Constant KPI monitoring and follow up for all stores of the network.
• Interface between individual departments and the stores.
• Support in all omnichannel aspects the Retail Director and the omnichannel department EMEA.
• Maintenance of databases and calendars.
• Monitoring and support of the training in the stores (MINE).
