Prada Group seeks a candidate to be involved in the buying process for France/Belgium/Monaco, processing daily analyses of sales, trends, and client characteristics while ensuring periodic store presence. Reports to the General Merchandising Manager.

The role requires analytical capability, luxury fashion knowledge, and strong communication skills to translate the brand DNA to stores across markets. Working in a diverse, international environment with a focus on excellence.

Qualifications

• Analytical background and knowledge of the fashion luxury industry.
• Strong mindset and flexibility for a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and the ability to translate brand DNA to stores.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury fashion or retail.
• Luxury-oriented with knowledge of basic retail principles.
• Strong sensitivity and aesthetic sense.

Responsabilités

• Support Retail Merchandising Managers to place orders for the market.
• Cooperate with HQ Retail Merchandising teams on merchandise orders per store.
• Monitor sales performance by store and SKU daily.
• Transfer products between stores or markets based on stock trends.
• Provide the Retail Customer Service with store replenishment information.
