Prada Group is seeking a Retail Merchandising professional to be involved in the buying process for the France/Belgium/Monaco area. You will analyze daily sales, trends and client characteristics while ensuring frequent store presence.

Reports to the General Merchandising Manager. Responsibilities include placing market orders, coordinating with HQ teams, monitoring performance by store/SKU, and assisting with stock transfers and store replenishment strategies.

Qualifications

• Analytical background with knowledge of fashion luxury.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in retail merchandising.
• Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Retail Merchandising Managers to place orders for the market.
• Coordinate with Headquarter teams on merchandise orders per store.
• Monitor sales by store and SKU daily for the reference product category.
• Transfer products between stores/markets using company tools.
• Provide information to Retail Customer Service on replenishment and allotment.
• Report significant market events to Headquarters Retail Merchandising Team.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising for consistent displays.
• Prepare materials for product training and presentations.

Job Purpose

To be involved in the buying process of Prada Group in the France/Belgium/Monaco area. To process daily analysis in terms of sales, trends and characteristics of clients guaranteeing periodic presence in the store. The role reports to the General Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Merchandising Managers to place the order for his/her market, in line with selection of the Master Order.
• Cooperate with Headquarter Retail Merchandising teams in making merchandise orders per store.
• Monitor the sales performance of referring product category by store and SKU on a daily basis.
• Use Company tools to transfer products between stores or markets, according to stock trends and the indications provided by the Retail Merchandising Managers or requests by stores.
• Provide the Retail Customer Service with information concerning performances of store replenishment and allotment of products in the stores, based on the indications of his/her own manager or the requests by markets he/she oversees.
• Convey to the Headquarters Retail Merchandising Team all information concerning significant events in the reference market, as well as events of local relevance.
• Cooperate with Visual Merchandising structures to create a consistent product display in shop windows and inside stores.
• Prepare contents and/or presentations useful to product training activities and products.

Knowledge And Skills

Analytical background, combined with a knowledge of fashion industry luxury.

Strong mindset and flexibility.

Communication skills and the ability of translating the DNA of the brand to the stores.

3 to 5 years of experience.

Luxury-oriented and knowledge of Retail basic principles

Strong sensitivity and aesthetic sense

Passion for international context and for the various social and cultural contexts

Good command of French and English language, Italian would be a plus
