Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) as part of a work-study (alternance) contract.
• Experience in retail or luxury, internship or part-time allowed.
• Experience with data analysis or project management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Support retail projects including process optimization and clienteling tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and prepare project status updates.
• Collect and analyze retail performance data and KPIs.
• Assist with rollout and training of store teams on new tools.
