Maison Christian Louboutin in Paris seeks an experienced Training Manager to elevate the Client Experience by training Ambassadors and Sales Associates and ensuring brand consistency. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Training Manager to join the Training & Heritage department.
You will play a strategic role in contributing to the evolution of the Client Experience worldwide, with greater attention paid to Retail and on all client‑centric activities, by training our Ambassadors and Sales Associates.
Reporting to the Chief Training & Heritage Officer, you will be a reference point to Client & Selling Experience Trainings: you will partner with Regional Trainers, local retail & client teams to create & develop relevant and inspiring training programs, ensuring consistency with the overall image of the Christian Louboutin brand in accordance with corporate brand and client guidelines.
You will cooperate with other client‑facing departments, like CRM, Clienteling, Customer Service, to make sure guidelines are correctly designed and homogeneously implemented across all client direct communication channels.
You will contribute to the evolution of the Global Training Program for the local regional teams, in full consideration of the local cultural specificities, so that a superior and elevated Client Experience is delivered to our customers worldwide.
With equal qualifications, priority is given to beneficiaries of the employment obligation.
