Maison Goyard in Paris is seeking a cashier for its Parisian boutiques on a permanent contract. You will handle cash operations, complete the sales process with precision, and represent the brand with exemplary service at the counter.

The role requires mastery of cash handling, knowledge of VAT-free shopping, payments, refunds, and GDPR data accuracy. Fluent English is essential, another language is a plus, and experience with POS software (CBR Retail preferred) in luxury retail is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/luxury cash handling at flagship stores or department stores.
• Fluent English; a third language is a plus.
• Experience with VAT refunds and GDPR data accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Open and close cash registers and perform checks according to policy.
• Process payments, returns and exchanges while ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Guarantee data accuracy and manage VAT refunds for foreign customers.
• Maintain checkout area, support counter management and team objectives.
