Responsibilities include monitoring sales objectives, organizing client welcomes, leading morning briefings, and coordinating openings and closings, while ensuring boutique presentation, staff grooming, and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years leading sales teams in luxury/retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Fluent English; comfortable with POS systems.

• Supervise a sales team and uphold Goyard's client-centric standards.
• Organise welcoming of clients and drive sales per policies.
• Lead morning briefings and communicate action plans.
• Manage boutique openings/closings and daily operations.
