Acne Studios is a progressive luxury house seeking a part-time Support & Hospitality Assistant for our flagship store on Saint Honoré in Paris. You will work with the sales team to deliver an elevated client experience and maintain flawless store operations.

You will welcome clients, offer refreshments, prepare fitting rooms, manage stock, and assist with packaging and after-sales service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

• Previous customer-facing role within retail or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong service mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless store operations.
• Welcome clients warmly and make them feel comfortable while waiting to be assisted.
• Offer refreshments and provide hospitality services in line with Acne Studios' standards.
• Prepare fitting rooms and client appointments for a seamless experience.
• Ensure fitting rooms are cleaned, organized, and ready following each appointment.
• Retrieve products from the stockroom quickly to support sales activities.
• Ensure products are presented, steamed, and accurately priced at all times.
• Support product replenishment and maintain stock levels throughout the day.
• Assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and after-sales services.
• Move products between stockroom and sales floor and maintain a neat stockroom.

We are looking for a part-time Support & Hospitality Assistant for our flagship store on Saint Honoré. As Support & Hospitality Assistant at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

What You Will Do

Your main contribution will be to deliver an exceptional client experience by supporting the sales team and ensuring seamless store operations. As a brand ambassador, you will uphold the highest standards of luxury service while contributing to product availability, stock management, and personalized client support across three key areas of responsibility:

• Support sales associates in delivering an elevated and personalized client experience.
• Welcome clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable while waiting to be assisted.
• Offer refreshments and provide hospitality services in line with Acne Studios' standards.
• Prepare fitting rooms and client appointments to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
• Ensure fitting rooms are cleaned, organized, and ready following each appointment.
• Retrieve products from the stockroom quickly and efficiently to support sales activities.
• Ensure products are properly presented, steamed, and accurately priced at all times.
• Support product replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels throughout the day.
• Assist with packaging, gift wrapping, and after-sales services.
• Facilitate the movement of products between the stockroom and the sales floor.
• Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient stockroom environment.
• Contribute to maintaining the store's appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure back-of-house areas remain clean, organized, and operationally efficient.
• Collaborate closely with all team members to support smooth and efficient store operations.
• Assist with operational tasks as required to ensure the highest standards of store excellence.
