Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, Communications, Media or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence with Excel, Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
• Experience coordinating projects, managing priorities and working with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support planning and execution of high-priority initiatives across creator ecosystem growth, campaigns, UX, process improvement, and market development.
• Analyze business, campaign, and creator performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate insights into reporting.
• Contribute to development of new campaign concepts, creator initiatives, and operational solutions to improve engagement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, track milestones, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Support creator and partner-facing activities including outreach, follow-up, communication, and coordination.
