Job summary

Shotgun is seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to lead access control for live events, from pre-event planning to post-event review. You will coordinate with organizers, train teams on our product, and manage costs and logistics for on-site operations.

The role requires strong client relations, fluency in French and English, and availability for evenings, weekends, and travel. Based in Paris with opportunities to work across our live events network.

Qualifications

3+ years in access control, ticketing or event production.
Proven experience running event projects end to end, including budgeting.
Able to lead on-site teams and stay calm during rush hours.
Strong client relationship skills (B2B and B2C).
Rigorous and organized with multi-event handling.
Experience with Notion, Airtable or Zendesk is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end event projects, gathering organizers' needs and setting up access control.
On the day, run on-site access control, team management and handle disputes.
Post-event review with organizer, cost tracking and budget reporting.
Track budgets for each project and provide cost analysis.
Share feedback to improve processes and tools.
