Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead AV Technician within live events, hospitality, or corporate production.
• Strong technical knowledge across audio, visual, lighting, and event production systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing live event delivery on-site.

Responsabilités

• Lead the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV systems for live events.
• Act as the senior on-site AV contact for clients and production teams.
• Support and coordinate junior technicians and freelance crew during events.
