Job summary

Mother's Earth is seeking a hands-on CRM and retention lead to own lifecycle marketing across four markets (Worldwide, Netherlands, DACH, France). You will design and test Klaviyo flows, write compelling copy, lead segmentation, and measure impact on LTV and reactivation, with support from a CRM exec.

Remote in Europe, contractor role with founder collaboration. You'll translate research on health, eco, performance, convenience, and scent into messaging and tests, ensuring consistent branding

Qualifications

• CRM/lifecycle marketing experience in DTC/ecommerce, ideally with a subscription-first brand.
• Strong copywriting instincts and ability to write or brief messaging that lands.
• Strategic plus hands-on, able to own retention roadmap and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM and retention roadmap across four stores (Worldwide, Netherlands, DACH, France).
• Build and lead reactivation strategy for lapsed subscribers and one-time buyers.
• Design and test the full lifecycle suite in Klaviyo: welcome series, post-purchase, replenishment, abandonments.
• Lead segmentation and testing strategy, and ensure QA with a CRM exec.
• Coordinate with CRO/dev and customer service on flow language and communications.
