Job summary

Keoni is seeking a Level 2 IT Application Integrator to contribute to pre-production phases, design processing chains, and ensure smooth handover to production. You will develop operating procedures, support change management, and monitor deployments across production environments.

Candidates should have at least Bac+2 and over 5 years of professional IT production experience, with strong Unix/AIX/Linux skills and experience with Control-M and Harvest.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bac+2 education and strong Production IT knowledge.
• Professional experience > 5 years.
• Essential: Unix, AIX, Linux (Shell scripting).
• Proficiency with the Control-M scheduler.
• Deployment tool: Harvest.
• Knowledge of DATA/AI (Cloudera, Talend, Informatica, Azure Databricks).
• Knowledge of Oracle Exacc, MVS/Z-OS databases (JCL development), DB2, OpenShift, and Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Ensure monitoring and optimal operation of tools, systems, processes, and infrastructure within scope.
• Monitor performance and quality; implement improvement measures.
• Document standards and promote them per SLAs.
• Contribute to security and operational sustainability of tools and processes.
• Validate installation and integration of new tools and systems in production.
• Coordinate change and maintenance operations; manage incidents or problems.

# Level 2 IT Application Integrator* Level 2 IT Application IntegratorMISSIONS: Contribute to the smooth running of the pre-production phase of projects, and in this context you will ensure: • Receiving and analyzing approval files, • Designing processing chains (automation, scheduling, etc.), • Developing operating procedures, • Ensuring the smooth running of approval tests, • Creating and providing operating documentation, • Delivering applications to the production environment, • Communicating with other entities (development, support, planning, operations, etc.), • Transferring skills to the Production teams in change management support, • Monitoring initial deployments and the VSR (Regular Service Verification) period.ACTIVITIES: Ensures the monitoring and optimal operation of the technical scope (tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure) under their responsibility. Monitors and analyzes its performance and quality; implements measures to improve it. Develops usage rules, in accordance with company standards and service level agreements. Documents, promotes, and monitors their application. Contributes to the quality management system within their scope. Studies and proposes improvements to ensure the sustainability and optimization of the operation and security of tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure; implements them. Validates the installation and integration of new tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure in the production environment. Performs and coordinates change and maintenance operations, ensuring their quality. Handles incidents or problems (from diagnosis to restoration). Communicates with users regarding incident management or changes. Manages access rights to information systems based on user profiles. Provides skills transfer and technical support within their area of responsibility. Conducts technological monitoring within their technical scope.
