Keoni seeks an experienced IT Production/Operations engineer to join Data/AI Operations. You will contribute to pre-production, design processing chains, deploy applications to production and maintain multi-platform environments, in close collaboration with the Production Project Manager.

You bring 5+ years in production, a Bac+2 IT background, and strong Unix/AIX/Linux skills, Control-M, Harvest, and DATA/AI tools (Cloudera, Talend, Informatica, Azure Databricks).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years post-secondary education in IT and production experience.
  • 5+ years professional experience in IT production environments.
  • Strong Unix/AIX/Linux skills including shell scripting.
  • Experience with scheduling, deployment and change management procedures.

Responsabilités

  • Ensure monitoring and optimal operation of the technical scope (tools, systems, processes, and infrastructure).
  • Analyze performance, implement improvements, and document usage rules.
  • Validate installation and integration of new tools and processes in production.
  • Coordinate change and maintenance operations; manage incidents and changes.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge transfer within the production area.

Description du poste

Context: Within the "Data/AI Operations" entity of the Operations Center, I participated in the implementation of functional and technical projects in the production environment, working alongside the Production Project Manager. My responsibilities included pre-production and deployment of various IT application updates, as well as maintenance, all within a multi-platform environment.MISSIONS: Contribute to the smooth running of the pre-production phase of projects, and in this context you will ensure: • Receiving and analyzing approval files, • Designing processing chains (automation, scheduling, etc.), • Developing operating procedures, • Ensuring the smooth running of approval tests, • Creating and providing operating documentation, • Delivering applications to the production environment, • Communicating with other entities (development, support, planning, operations, etc.), • Transferring skills to the Production teams in change management support, • Monitoring initial deployments and the VSR (Regular Service Verification) period.TASKS: Ensures the monitoring and optimal operation of the technical scope (tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure) under their responsibility. Monitors and analyzes its performance and quality; implements measures to improve it. Develops usage rules, in accordance with company standards and service level agreements. Documents, promotes, and monitors their application. Contributes to the quality management system within their scope. Studies and proposes improvements to ensure the sustainability and optimization of the operation and security of tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure; implements them. Validates the installation and integration of new tools, systems, processes, and technical infrastructure in the production environment. Performs and coordinates change and maintenance operations, ensuring their quality. Handles incidents or problems (from diagnosis to restoration). Communicates with users regarding incident management or changes. Manages access rights to information systems based on user profiles. Provides skills transfer and technical support within their area of responsibility. Conducts technological monitoring within their technical scope. Implements the standards and principles of the company's IT security policy.Education and Experience: A minimum of two years of post-secondary education (Bac+2) and significant experience in production are required, along with a good general knowledge of IT. Professional experience exceeding 5 years is essential. Required experience includes:– Essential skills: Unix, AIX, Linux (shell scripting) Proficiency with the Control-M scheduler Deployment tool: Harvest Knowledge of DATA / AI (Cloudera, Talend, Informatica, Azure Databricks)– Desired: Knowledge of Oracle MVS/Z-OS database management systems (JCL development), knowledge of DB2 OpenShift database management systems, and experience with automation servers such as Jenkins.**Work location:** Europe
