Job summary

Keoni in Paris seeks a DevOps Platform Engineer to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud provisioning, and platform services.

You will work with Linux, Red Hat, Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, Grafana/Loki/Prometheus, and ensure reliable deployments across IaaS/PaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience with Linux/Unix environments (Red Hat).
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Strong background in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Experience provisioning and operating IaaS/PaaS in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, ELK).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and related tooling.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to teams and stakeholders.

# DEVOPS Platform Engineer – Level 3* DEVOPS Platform Engineer – Level 3Context: We are looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to meet the needs of the application development teams. Within the Platform Engineering team, the Platform Engineer will be responsible for the integration and administration of offerings.MISSIONS • Proficiency in Linux, Unix, RedHat, etc. servers. as well as one or more programming languages, including Python • Supported internal "ME" project clients on the delivery of their applications to the cloud • Provided support to "ME" teams in case of bugs or anomalies in their delivery • Ensured the installation of software provided by vendors • Designed, industrialized, and maintained CI/CD pipelines for the Technical Department's IaaS/PaaS offerings, respecting internal standards (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD) • Installed and configured the software package and adapted it to client requirements • Automated the provisioning and configuration of Platform Engineering offerings • Developed Ansible playbooks and Terraform modules • Installed and integrated observability DT products (Grafana, LOKI, Instana ELK , Prometheus) • Automated testing and technical validation • Installed and integrated the Platform Engineering core products (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, HAProxy, Kafka, Redis) • Integrate and configure software and application solutions within test environments and ensure the coexistence of all technical and application components within those environments. • Configure this software in accordance with defined functional requirements and in compatibility with other components of the technical environment. • Prepare and monitor application deployments with project and production teams. • Acquire expertise in the relevant infrastructure offerings of the cloud provider "GTE" within this scope. • Write test scenarios and identify benchmarking tools. • Communicate benchmark results and present the analysis report. • Participate in the operational model definition project. • Master the service offering standards with use cases for manufacturing.EXPECTED RESULTS The expected results are: • To support and participate in the deliveries of the defined project • To share and communicate any difficulties encountered and to be proactive in proposing continuous improvement of iterations • To support the "ME" in case of anomalies on deliveries and to propose solutions for resolution. • Participate in workshops with "GTE" • Develop and document manual and scripted test cases • Analyze and recommend application and infrastructure scaling • Prepare and present performance results • Contribute to a continuous improvement approach through feedback within the project support team • Ensure the integration model of the containerization platform with exchange systems, and more generally, the entire ecosystem • Write technical documentation • Perform configuration-related tests: unit tests, integration tests, etc. • Participate in project ceremonies/meetings • Monitor and complete assigned project tasks • Participate in project risk identification • Participate in steering committeesPROFILE & SKILLS • Meeting milestones • Relevance of proposalsRequired Skills and Experience : • Linux, CentOS, Red Hat & Networking systems • Proficiency and experience with technologies related to containerization architectures (Terraform / Ansible / Kubernetes / Docker / ArgoCD / Harbor / Istio / CI/CD – Git / Jenkins...) • Grafana, Loki, Instana ELK, Prometheus: administration, installation, tuning • Proficiency in the operation of a network system under Linux • Proficiency in distributed and resilient network architectures • Agile/Sprint methodologies • Ability to explain cloud technologies in simple terms • General knowledge of application architectureDesired: • Banking and/or payment methods experience • Experience with the ecosystem and the organization • Knowledge of procedures related to incident, problem, and change management • EnglishBehavioral Skills • Dynamism, proactivity, autonomy • Listening, dialogue, and communication with internal/external partners • Commitment to continuous improvement • Service-oriented and pedagogical approach • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills • Proactive and solution-oriented • Curiosity/eagerness to discover and integrate new concepts and technologies**Work location:** Europe
