Edenred is seeking a seasoned Legal & Compliance Tech Application Owner in France to manage day-to-day operations of OneTrust and related tools. You will coordinate security, privacy, and due diligence platforms while driving user adoption and process improvements.

Role requires hands-on operational experience, strong documentation skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with global teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure security policy compliance and successful

Qualifications

• Experience managing the operational run of a OneTrust instance with a focus on cookie consent, DSAR, TPRM, Privacy Automation.
• Ideally has deployed the OneTrust user consent module.
• Operational run experience for eFront, EQS, Piano, AI governance tools and third party due diligence tools.
• Minimum 5 years as a Tech App owner.

Responsabilités

• User assistance and support for tools to improve adoption and usability.
• Troubleshooting via ticketing systems and incident resolution.
• Documentation updates including user guides and FAQs.
• Maintenance, monitoring and governance of tool performance.
• Coordinate stakeholders and manage change requests and budgets.
