Edenred Italia S.r.l. is seeking a Legal & Compliance Tech Application Owner to oversee day-to-day operations of IT applications within the Legal scope. The role centers on the OneTrust platform, with secondary tools including Docusign, Piano, eFront, EQS, and third-party due diligence solutions.

You will liaise between Data Protection/Compliance teams, Group Tech units, and external vendors, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and best practices are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in running the operational run of a OneTrust instance with focus on cookie consent, DSAR, TPRM, privacy automation.
• Ideally managed deployment of OneTrust user consent module.
• Experience running tools like eFront, EQS, Piano, AI governance tools, incident tools, and third party due diligence tools.

CONTEXT Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Tech Manager, the Legal & Compliance Tech Application Owner will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the applications and of the management of IT projects withon le Legal scope. The primary tool in scope is the OneTrust platform; secondary tools are Docusign, Piano, eFront, EQS, and third party due diligence solutions. You will act as a liaison between the Data Protection/Compliance business teams within the whole group, other Group Tech teams, and external vendors, ensuring the adherence to deadlines, budgets, and Group best practices.

YOUR ROLE

• Run scope: User assistance: Provide support to help users navigate and use the tools effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues reported via the Jira ticketing system.
• Documentation: Update documentation, including user guides and the FAQ knowledge base.
• Maintenance: Perform administration tasks and maintain the tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Feedback collection: Gather user feedback to improve features and usability.
• Monitoring: Track performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Continuous improvement: propose evolutions, drive actions to improve adoption and user experience; support the definition and execution of the action plan.
• Security: Assist security teams with application analyses and ensure implementation of security recommendations and guidelines.
• Project scope: Plan project stages, establish schedules, and define budgets and governance.
• Coordinate all stakeholders (Group and local business teams, Group and local Tech teams, vendors, etc.).
• Integration support: Assist with integrating tools with other systems and platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and obstacles, communicate status to stakeholders, and expedite as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and technical requirements.
• Manage change requests and adjust the project plan accordingly.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other departments to ensure needs are met.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Configure tools within your scope.
• Update project documentation.
• Implement and support delivered projects.
• Ensure compliance with the Group’s security policy.
• Participate in RFP and pre-studies.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience Has already managed the operational run of a OneTrust instance with a focus on: cookie consent, DSAR, TPRM, Privacy Automation.
• Ideally has managed the deployment of the Onetrust user consent module.
• Ideally has managed the operational run for: efront, EQS, Piano, AI governance tools, indicent tools, third party due diligence tools.
• Has experience as a Tech App owner (5 years minimum).

Knowledge and Skills

• Onetrust certification is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and methodically.
• Ability to work on multiple tools and to manage run and project activities in parallel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to explain issues and tasks to non-technical staff.
• Strong in communication and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks continuously.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
