Edenred is seeking a Legal & Compliance Tech Application Owner to oversee day-to-day operations of applications within the Legal scope, focusing on OneTrust platform and related tools such as Docusign, Piano and EQS. You will liaise with Data Protection/Compliance teams, Group Tech, and external vendors to ensure deadlines, budgets, and best practices are followed.

Responsibilities include running user support, troubleshooting via Jira, maintaining documentation, configuring tools, monitoring

Qualifications

Must hold OneTrust certification.
Ability to work independently and methodically.
Capable of handling multiple tools and parallel run and project activities.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation skills and ability to explain issues to non-technical staff.
Strong communication and organizational skills with good prioritization.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Run scope: provide user assistance, troubleshoot via Jira, update guides and FAQs, maintain tools, gather feedback, monitor usage, drive adoption improvements, assist security with analyses.
