Youtrust, a European platform for electronic signature and trust services, seeks a Head of Legal to lead the legal function and support business, product, tech, and finance teams in a fast-growing, regulated environment. Fluency in French and English is required.

The role emphasizes pragmatic legal solutions, complex negotiations, and governance across AI, data, and regulatory topics. The Head of Legal will join the leadership team, manage a small team, and drive strategic and operational

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of legal experience in SaaS/tech or regulated sectors.
• Prior management experience with a small team.
• Strong negotiation skills for B2B, SaaS contracts.
• Experience with eIDAS 2.0 and AI Act is a plus.
• Fluent in French and English; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the legal team (2 contracts lawyers, 1 regulatory lawyer, apprentice).
• Oversee strategic contracts, partnerships, NDAs, and complex negotiations.
• Support product, security, compliance and governance on trust services and eIDAS.
• Address AI governance, data handling and regulatory impacts of AI.
• Coordinate with Product/Tech & Compliance in ISO 27001 environments.
