CAPREIT is seeking a dedicated Property Specialist for a hybrid leasing and administrative role in residential property management. You will serve as a Resident Ambassador and Leasing Champion, delivering service and driving occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in customer service or related fields, strong MS Office skills (SAP a plus), and excellent communication. Evening/weekend availability and a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed to meet business requirements.
Proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
Strong problem-solver with effective negotiation skills.
Highly organized with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.

Responsabilités

Build strong resident relationships and address concerns to maintain satisfaction.
Own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding and monitor vacancies.
Administer services, collect payments, inspect property, and coordinate moves.
