CAPREIT is seeking a Leasing Specialist to serve as a frontline liaison, building strong relationships and delivering excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

You will own the leasing process from first inquiry to onboarding, monitor vacancies, and contribute to occupancy targets while handling payments, inspections, and move coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with residents.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or office admin.

Responsabilités

• Own the leasing process from inquiry to onboarding of new resident.
• Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.
• Collect payments, inspect properties and facilitate moves and maintenance requests.
• Address concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.
