You will implement the manufacturing strategy, drive continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team grounded in Lean, Six Sigma and TPM principles.

You will coach line leaders, ensure governance, monitor KPIs, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize equipment, processes and performance across the plant.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership in a CPG environment.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
• Engineering degree with financial and business acumen.
