Job summary

Donaldson is a global leader in filtration solutions, seeking an Industrialization Engineer in Île-de-France to re-industrialize product changes for serial production. You will define industrialization plans, develop SOPs, and support tooling and production fixtures while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Requirements include a engineering degree, 2+ years in manufacturing/industrialization, SolidWorks proficiency, strong English, and experience in aerospace/mechanical environments.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing/industrialization role in aerospace/mechanical.
• SolidWorks or CAD proficiency.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office).
• Professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Re-industrialize product modifications for serial production.
• Participate in customer reviews and assess technical feasibility.
• Define and implement industrialization plans for new products (AMDEC, costing, drawings).
• Create and maintain manufacturing and testing work instructions and routings.
• Specify and support assembly tools and production fixtures.
• Support production testing processes, protocols, and ATP.
