The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/Quality/Engineering, Black Belt, 10+ years in manufacturing, and 3+ years with Lean (Six Sigma), with up to 70% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality, or Engineering.
• Black Belt Certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• A minimum of 3 years working exclusively with Lean (Six Sigma).
• 70% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean training workshops for multiple sites and develop lean capability.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen events, organise actions and report outcomes.
• Identify and manage lean improvement projects delivering measurable benefits.
• Coach teams across sites and develop training materials aligned with lean methodologies.
