Job summary

Escape is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive the evolution of our security platform. You will lead the product team, report to the CTO, and partner with engineering, security research and GTM teams to deliver best-in-class, scalable B2B SaaS software from Paris with two remote days per week.

You will translate company strategy into actionable specs, guide releases, and mentor a growing product organization while maintaining a strong customer-focused mindset and high execution standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven leadership or mentorship of other product managers.
• Security concepts knowledge in application or cloud security.
• Direct customer exposure through discovery interviews or feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Discovery: Engage with customers and prospects to understand pain points and inform product decisions.
• Feature conception: Turn feedback into well-scoped proposals, flows, and specs.
• Execution, Delivery & QA: Translate strategy into requirements for engineering teams to deliver on time and with high quality.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, security, sales and marketing on priorities and trade-offs.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide other product managers and promote strong product practices.
• Security Domain Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of application security to prioritize effectively.
• Marketing coordination: Translate releases into messaging and timelines for marketing.
