Escape is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for its Paris office. You will own the core data model across the product, API, and UI, bridging AI research to practical customer value through a GraphQL API and a Svelte frontend.

You will design scalable schemas, optimize data-heavy workflows, and lead architecture decisions. This role demands ownership, clear communication, and a passion for building product-grade security tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web apps, strong on frontend and backend.
• Deep TypeScript knowledge and strong typing usage.
• Proven experience designing GraphQL schemas end-to-end.
• Strong ownership and ability to communicate trade-offs clearly.
• Passion for product, craft, and design.

Responsibilities

• Own the data model and schema representing assets, findings, and context across engagements.
• Turn R&D into customer-facing product through the GraphQL API and frontend (Svelte).
• Push PostgreSQL to its edge with optimized queries, indexing, pagination, and caching.
• Build AI-native workflows and integrate AI outputs into user surfaces.
• Drive architecture and system design with a path to Tech Lead.
