Wiremind invites a Lead Software Engineer to own the technical foundation of Eventori, a unified ticketing platform for sports clubs and venues. You will spend most time as an Individual Contributor writing code, shaping architecture, and setting quality standards while dedicating time to mentoring and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience on complex products.
• Builder who loves writing code and raising quality through personal output.
• Strong backend-first fullstack with Python; able to own frontend work (Next.js).
• Led or mentored engineers; focus on code quality and practical delivery.
• Excellent communication; align technical decisions with business priorities.
• Bonus: SaaS, event-tech, or complex interfaces in B2B2C.
• Native or fluent level in French.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the most complex parts of the codebase (frontend & backend).
• Set and enforce engineering best practices through code reviews, pair programming, and direct contributions.
• Lead by example on architecture, code quality, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and frontend/backend teams to ship scalable solutions.
• Coach and mentor developers to grow skills and autonomy.
• Bridge product, engineering, and leadership to align tech with business needs.
