Wiremind is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for its Eventori platform in Paris. You will own the product's technical foundations, collaborating closely with teams to deliver scalable solutions while mentoring developers.

With a strong focus on Python and full-stack development, you will ensure quality and performance of critical code. The role allows for remote work, fostering a stimulating tech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, primarily a builder.
• Strong full-stack background with backend-first mindset.
• Native or fluent level in French.

• Define and maintain a global architecture vision.
• Support and coach developers to grow their skills.
