Hôtel Jeu de Paume Chamonix, a 24-room chalet-hotel near Chamonix, seeks a reception supervisor. You welcome guests, provide information, mediate disputes, and ensure consistency across reception, guest rooms, and restaurant.

Autonomy is required as decisions are made on-site in a small hotel. Responsibilities include managing reservations, processing payments, supervising staff, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Supervisory staff – hotel reception experience required.
• Supervisory agent – experience required in hotel reception.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming guests, handling departures and follow-up, in French and English.
• Managing reservations, room scheduling, and availability.
• Processing payments, invoicing, and closing the till.
• Supervising and scheduling the reception team.
• Maintaining daily communication with the guest rooms, the restaurant, and the spa.
• Handling customer reviews and special requests.
