Celonis is seeking a Manager of Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering to lead and accelerate value for customers. You will guide IT teams through the Process Intelligence journey, build dashboards and Apps, and coordinate with executives to demonstrate impact and ROI.

Leverage a deep industry perspective to shape strategic transformation initiatives, manage projects end-to-end, and embody leadership across delivery teams while championing Celonis methodologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business domain expertise (e.g., Finance or Supply Chain) and ability to craft compelling value roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and C-suite challenges; build an integrated Celonis roadmap.
• Guidance of customer IT teams through Celonis Process Intelligence journeys with hands-on dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and leverage ecosystem partners as needed.
• Experience preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management.
• Follow Celonis value selling methodology across discovery, qualification, PoVs, and value realization.
• Identify and prioritize use cases; drive operating model design and user enablement for value renewal/expansion.
• Qualify VE engagements, conduct customer discovery, allocate resources, and champion value selling.
