Celonis is seeking a Value Engineering Manager to lead a team of Value Engineers, guiding end-to-end customer value journeys from landing to renewal across regional accounts. You will translate strategic objectives into high-impact use cases and present to C-level executives in partnership with sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Value Engineering team and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate customer objectives into measurable value.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building with C-levels.
• Enterprise SaaS experience and renewal/ACV growth is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end customer value journey including landing, expanding, adoption and renewal.
• Frame value opportunities and evangelize Process Intelligence across prospects and customers.
• Communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives.
• Serve as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio.
• Lead Value Engineers and drive deployments of new features and programs across the customer base.
• Host QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and EBRs (Executive Business Reviews) to communicate results.
• Recruit, develop and mentor Value Engineers while maintaining leadership principles.
• Allocate Celonis resources to deliver on sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets.
