Doctolib is seeking a Corporate Development Lead in the Paris area to drive M&A and Investor Relations. You will own end-to-end deal processes, run valuations, and contribute to strategic finance. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a collaborative, fast-paced team.

You will work closely with Product, Technology, Legal, and Finance, shaping Doctolib's growth across Europe from Levallois/Paris with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of M&A or Corporate Finance experience in an investment bank, boutique, corporate development, or VC/PE with live transactions.

Responsabilités

• Own M&A workstreams end-to-end: screening, due diligence, valuation, memo drafting, and execution support.
• Run target valuations: DCF, comps, and business plan analysis.
• Own origination: pipeline management, market mapping, market intelligence.
• Support Investor Relations and corporate strategy workstreams with analyses and exec-ready materials.
• Draft strategic and investment memos for senior leaders and boards.
• Mentor interns and junior team members; improve AI-enabled workflows.
