Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team. You will scale the acquisition engine across France, Germany and Italy, owning the end-to-end product-led and marketing-led growth funnel from freemium to subscription and in-product upsell.

• Experience with product-led growth in B2B SaaS at scale and measurable impact.
• Ability to quantify funnel improvements and growth metrics.
• Comfort with cross-country pricing, packaging, and regulation constraints.

Responsabilités

• Own freemium offer design and conversion paths to paid plans.
• Own and optimize subscription funnel across web and in-product surfaces, including checkout.
• Design in-product flows to upgrade existing customers to higher-value plans.
• Define acquisition-side packaging and country-specific flows (France, Germany, Italy).
• Lead marketing-led growth initiatives: lead gen, website conversion, lifecycle marketing.
• Set direction for cross-team delivery and decide country-specific paths for conversions to sales when needed.
