Doctolib is seeking a Senior Product Manager to scale its product-led and marketing-led growth across France, Germany and Italy. You will own the end-to-end funnel from freemium to paid plans and drive subscription and in-product upsell.

You will design acquisition packaging, lead cross-country initiatives, and partner with PMMs to connect lifecycle marketing to the core product funnel. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, pricing and packaging judgment, and delivering measurable ARR

Qualifications

• Own a PLG conversion, ARR or CAC metric as primary objective in B2B SaaS and quantify impact.
• Scale product-led growth with a sales motion and justify conversion vs warm lead routing.
• Read data, define funnel metrics from scratch, and decide via experiments.

Responsabilités

• Own Doctolib Free freemium offer design and conversion paths.
• Own and improve the subscription funnel for new business and upsell.
• Design every in-product flow to move customers to higher-value plans.
• Define acquisition-side packaging, rules, and contract flows across countries.
• Lead marketing-led growth initiatives and connect them to the core funnel.
• Set direction for cross-team delivery and country-by-country prioritization.
