Mars France, based at our Aimargues campus near Montpellier, leads exciting, sustainable paper packaging projects from concept to industrial rollout. You will partner with suppliers, Procurement, and Sustainability teams to ensure performance, food safety, and circularity are built into every solution.

You will guide end-to-end packaging development, manage technical risk analyses, and drive trials across plants while collaborating with cross-functional teams and global R&D networks.

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise in paper-based packaging materials.
• Hands-on experience with medium to large packaging formats / multiwall bags.
• Experience with risk management and qualification protocols for packaging solutions.
• Fluent in English with cross-functional communication skills.
• Direct experience in food contact packaging and recyclable barrier solutions is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end paper packaging innovation projects: Drive development from brief to full deployment across manufacturing plants.
• Drive sustainable packaging roadmap & supplier qualification with external packaging suppliers, Procurement, and Sustainability teams.
• Oversee technical risk analysis and line trials: lead plant-level packaging trials and define testing standards.
• Share technical expertise on paper materials across cross-functional teams and global R&D networks.
