Mars in Aimargues (France) is seeking a Packaging Development Manager – Paper Packaging to lead end-to-end recyclable paper bag solutions from concept to plant deployment. You will partner with suppliers, Procurement and Sustainability to ensure food-contact safety, performance and circularity while delivering on-time projects across manufacturing sites.

The role requires hands-on experience with medium to large packaging formats and a Packaging Engineering degree (or equivalent Master’s), plus

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise in paper-based packaging materials.
• Hands-on experience with medium to large packaging formats / industrial multiwall bags.
• Experience with risk management and qualification protocols for packaging solutions.
• Fluent in English with strong cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end paper packaging innovation projects from concept to plant deployment.
• Drive sustainable packaging roadmap and supplier qualification with Procurement and Sustainability teams.
• Oversee technical risk analysis and line trials at plant level, defining testing standards.
• Share technical expertise on paper materials across cross-functional teams and global R&D networks.
