Mars is seeking a Global Packaging Technology Specialist for DRY and WET packaging in Aimargues, France. You will drive end-to-end industrialization, from ideation to launch, across Royal Canin and Pet Nutrition manufacturing sites, ensuring robust test plans and scalable packaging solutions.

You will shape global packaging specifications, validate new materials, and collaborate with regional deploy teams, while developing technical capabilities and knowledge sharing across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or Engineering – Packaging preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging industry as R&D Engineer or Quality & food Safety in factory environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead industrialization for DRY & WET packaging across global sites.
• Define and coordinate factory test runs, sampling protocols, and process settings.
• Publish and govern global packaging specifications and conformance.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building across global packaging teams.
