Mars is seeking a Global Packaging Technology Specialist for DRY & WET packaging, based in Aimargues, France. You will lead packaging material/ process implementations across the global factory network, from silos to truck loading, covering primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for Royal Canin and Pet Nutrition sites.

The ideal candidate holds a science/engineering degree with 5+ years in packaging, fluent English, and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or engineering; packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in packaging industry as R&D engineer, or quality & food safety in factory.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsabilités

• Lead PACKAGING INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar for DRY & WET at global level.
• Drive end-to-end industrialization across the QUEST stage-gate process.
• Coordinate factory test runs, sampling, and DoE-based settings.
• Define validation protocols and support global deployment.
• Provide regional support and troubleshooting across sites.
