Mars is seeking a Global PACKAGING Technology Specialist for DRY and WET products at Aimargues near Montpellier, France. You will lead industrialization and governance of packaging materials and formats across a global manufacturing network, driving DoE, risk assessments, and validation protocols.

The role requires 5+ years in packaging, a science/engineering degree, and fluent English. Expect intense cross‑functional collaboration, advanced problem solving, and opportunities to shape packaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science/Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food) – Packaging is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging industry as R&D Engineer, or Quality & food Safety in the factory environment.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the PACKAGING INDUSTRIALIZATION pillar for DRY & WET at Global.
• Drive End-to-End Industrialization in QUEST stage-gate process.
• Define and coordinate factory test run validation plans and sampling protocols.
• Publish packaging material and format R&D specifications and validate IRAs.
• Provide regional support and technical troubleshooting to DEPLOY teams.
